DERGI awarded THE MICHELIN Guide 2025

DERGI restaurant has been included in the prestigious THE MICHELIN Guide 2025.
Out of more than 5,000 gastronomic establishments across the Czech Republic, only 43 restaurants were selected for the guide — and DERGI is the only Georgian restaurant to receive this significant recognition.
This honor is the result of dedicated work, respect for traditional Georgian cuisine, and attention to the quality of every detail. A big thank you goes to the entire team, led by head chef Maka Nikvashvili and manager Varvara Slobodskaya, without whose passion, professionalism, and commitment this achievement would not have been possible.
